Imagine if faced with a nearly insurmountable enemy which is at the brink of killing the last hope you have of protecting your home. Now, your options are to allow yourself and what's yours to be annihilated, or to to annihilate yourself, thereby taking your enemy with you. What would you do?
This thought popped into my head while I was painting a robin-hood-in-the-forest scene which thereafter morphed into what you're looking at now. Art moves wherever art moves.
